Daytime business hours and daytime routine visiting hours

Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm (last routine visit 5pm)
Saturday: 9am to 5pm (last routine visit 3pm)
Sunday: 9am to 5pm, by arrangement

After-hours visiting hours

Monday to Friday: 7pm to 11pm, by arrangement
Saturday and Sunday: until 7pm, by arrangement

Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled for an arrival time window of half an hour (but may be up to an hour). e.g. a 3pm appointment refers to an arrival time aiming between 3 and 3.30pm, but could be up to 4pm.

This is to allow for delays due to variable traffic conditions, longer driving distances and previous appointments requiring more time. If you require a prompt appointment arrival time, please do let us know and we will schedule a time where we are less likely to have arrival delays.

We routinely text your mobile (provided you have one) when on our way to you, with an estimated arrival time. If you have a mobile phone, do keep it on and at hand prior to your appointment.

Further important information for contacting us
Whilst at a home visit, we may not be able to answer mobile calls and are unable to reply text or email messages. Be assured that your calls and messages are noted and will be returned as soon as possible (usually between home visits and aiming within the hour).
