Please note they are unable to provide a home visit out-of-hours.

Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled for an arrival time window of one hour to two hours; thus a 4pm appointment refers to a planned arrival time between 4 and 5pm, but could be until 6pm.

This arrival window is to allow for delays due to variable traffic conditions, longer driving distances and previous appointments requiring more time. The last afternoon appointment is the one most likely to have a wider arrival window. If you require a prompt appointment arrival time, please do let us know and we can offer a time where we are less likely to have arrival delays.

We routinely text your mobile (provided you have one) when on our way to you, with an estimated arrival time. If you have a mobile phone, do keep it on and at hand prior to your appointment.

Further important information for contacting us
Whilst at a home visit, we are unable to answer mobile calls and are unable to reply text or email messages. Be assured that your calls and messages are noted and will be returned as soon as possible (usually between home visits and aiming within the hour).
